Anyone knows a good guide for speedrunning newer versions ?

I’m a pretty experienced runner in 1.16.1 so I already know all the strats there but as much as I looked I can’t find actual good advice/tech to use for speedrunning newer versions, anyone has anything ?

Like cmon I didn't even do that bad and they gave me Gold II like wth I beat Emerald II all the time in casual mode how come I'm rated this low with these placement matches ??

I'll have to grind so hard to get back to Emerald that's messed up
