In about 4 months (I know 6 month half life potentially) I will want to be in a uh fertile place. I haven't actually taken a sperm analysis test but just the first part of the actual test I notice volume seems low and Dut / Fin is something to scrutinize with regards to that according to sources. I am wondering if anyone has any first hand experience with this situation in life and what they did or did not do. Also any recommendations for stack adjustments.
