My mother was born 1923 in BC to Canadian born parents. She lived in BC until around 1950, became a naturalized US cit in 1953.
To my knowledge she never renounced her Canadian citizenship.
She and my American born father adopted me as an infant way back in 1962.
Mom and dad both now deceased.
If I'm reading everything correctly I can go through the 2 part adoptee process to get a citizenship certificate?
