Sorry if this is a dumb question, but this isn’t waste gate rattle, right? I’m not entirely sure what it sounds like, but this sounds more like an exhaust rattle. I appreciate any input on this, thanks!

So my whole engine bay is caked in oil, but I’m confused on how oil has gotten on my bov. Maybe the alternator is getting oil onto it? It looks like it was sprayed, so I’m rather confused. It’s not. a huge deal, but and advice is appreciated, thanks!
