Hi!

We are in the early stages of planning a trip late summer from northern Europe. We appreciate food, culture and nature. Don't really care about beaches, a day or two tops.

Is Mexico a bad destination weather wise in late august/early september? Mostly been looking into CDMX and Oaxaca, though we have not given it much more thought.

We cannot really get time of work outside of this period, therefore delaying or going before is not feasible.

What parts of the country would you recommend during this time? Would anyone care to give a very loose itinerary from which we can decide?
