Yea its standing in the title, but I am not really searching for any open World Game like red dead or Kingdom Come. I am searching for a game where you are like the leader and decide how the people under you live. I tried Paradox Games already and I think they just happen to be just to shot for me, like one campaign in Victoria is fun with all its mechanics that influence loyalists and radicals. Where all your decisions make people happy and unhappy. I have heard of Tyranny and it seems pretty cool but i did not try it yet. But the I like the concept of all your decisions forming the country that you lead.
I hope someone can help me with any good suggestions
