[PLEASE HELP] my valorant account was hacked usernames email password all where changed got it back but now perma banned
Hi i lost control on my valorant account 4 days ago on 9th May my email, username, password all were changed i was confused and frustrated. I talked continuously with riot support which was slow, confusing and frustrating as hell as majority of the agents were closing the tickets without any proper explanation saying you didn't provide enough info sorry can't help you some how 3 hrs ago i got my account back i logged in to see perma ban turns out the person playing on my acc was using hacks and got it perma ban i attached that concer to the email thread and got a reply saying i reviewed you account since this behavior was both initially flagged and has now been given a manual review, we're marking this as a solved case—which means this and any future tickets about this penalty will be automatically closed. Now what to do ? I had done some in game purchase on my account too. Any help would be appreciated
