I didn't like the fact that I have to take my strong hand off the grip to release the mag on the DeCBAR-22 so I'm incorporating the aluminum 3d printed ambi mag release (as seen on 3DArms' Snow Leopard Lower) in my remix . It can probably be printed in a high stiffness engineering material but the reccomendation is metal.

9" DeCBAR-22 Remix will be out this coming week. (Waiting on hardware and filament for the full build.)

Modifications are complete and ready for testing.

Had to get creative with the attachment of the shorter handguard to the fore-end. Using a two piece wedge, the top half inserts into the M-Lok slot in the handguard, then the wedge bolts to the under side, and finally the fore-end clamshells over the wedge. Still plenty of clearance for the trigger movement inside.

I cut the magwell for compatibility with my deAR22 mags, and I repositioned the bolt in the buffer tower and cut for a garden hose gasket as well.

Might fuck around and slap a P90 grip on this later
