So I bought two funko pops for £110 (120 with postage tax etc) and I got sent cream contour worth £5.
I marked it as there being an issue with the item being not as described and then also opened a report with vinted, I provided them with all the information they asked, it's been over two days with no response, it said they'd respond in 24 hours
The seller can't refund me because they're blocked, and also they're being rude and uncooperative, which is a great help,
What do I do? Just wait it out?
I'm really worried vinted will just release my funds, they've done this before, something arrived damaged and the seller even agreed to partially refund me but vinted just kept repeating automated messages and eventually just gave up my money, luckily it wasn't a large amount but this time it is,
