I've been relying heavily on AI to build my esp-idf projects, but I'd like to understand what it is doing better. The projects I envision are very complicated, and I fear getting to that point myself will take years and I don't think I have the capacity to learn it all from scratch as I'm pushing middle age.

Any suggestions on courses or apps, or even a project I can do myself in order to better understand C and the esp-idf?
