Im a RSR colead and I see FTM routes posted at my DC. If I bid on one of those do i go back to RSA pay structure or is it a different pay structure. At this point id rather be an FTM than a colead this shit sucks
So I’m a co lead and I bid on one of the routes I cover, of course I didn’t get it, but The person who did get it is now running it like shit. Stores are complaining constantly telling me he doesn’t order enough of what’s needed, too much of what’s not needed, and he doesn’t face shit. Every store is left looking terrible.
So now I have to either accept that the stores will look bad permanently, or spend 10-12 hours everyday cleaning up after a “lead”.
These stores tell me I’m their preferred rep, but that means nothing towards me getting the route. They’ve been calling management And complaining about the lead and nothing is changing.
2 out of 3 routes in this pod are run like shit by the leads and it’s making me have to work over 55 hours a week, but I can’t bid on anything cause I don’t have any seniority.
The vape pen will reside there forever, not unbolting anything to get there, that’s ridiculous
