So I’m applying to a company that is offering everyone about $19, but the problem is they essentially want a security lead to be in charge of other security, but is not offering any pay. I have the experience to be able to do that, but I would like to try and negotiate to the amount I make at my current job which is $20. My question is should I try to negotiate with my skills and experience for just a dollar more? Or do you think that’ll piss them off and they’ll rescind the offer?
