Got a friend, an insane artist but have never managed to get a formal/professional tuition and training in drawing. I would love to know if there are any in the Tunis/Ariana/Manouba region, and any estimated costs. He's an old friend of mine and I would like to set him for tuition if possible.

PS: yes he would like to enroll in such a thing but never figured out how, yes I will discuss it with him before signing up, and no not looking for a 2 year program in a centre de formation.

21M. 179cm 65kg (5'11, 143lbs).

My current split is : 1 leg day, 1 arms days (triceps, biceps and shoulders), 1 chest/back day and 1 cardio day in no particular order.

It's a little wonky I know but I'm enjoying it so far (have been going to the gym for a few weeks now).

Because of my swimming background, my upper body looks fairly nice already. And because I have too many leg exercises that I personally like doing to fit in a single leg day, I would like to train legs twice.

So any advice on how to organize these exercises is appreciated:

Squats, RDLs, leg curls and extensions (hamstrings and quads), hip thrusts, calf raises and Bulgarians when I'm daring enough. (also abductions but the machine is not currently available)
