I've finally decided to actually sit down and expand my knowledge past the surface level, and I'm wondering what do I need to learn to get past the intermediate phase when making music?

I have been producing on and off for 3 years now just from watching YouTube and a lot of help from my background in playing guitar. I haven't followed any structured learning plan so my proficiency is decent enough, but I still feel lost while learning.
