Recommendations for tattoo artist/shop
I’m going to be visiting this great city in a few weeks and I’m hoping to get a new tattoo. Does anyone have any recommendations on an artist or shop that would do a neon genesis evangelion tattoo justice? Thanks! Pic for reference.
