I've been dealing with anxiety my entire life, but it has significantly increased over the last few years. I've booked an appointment this week to discuss anti-anxiety medications with my family doctor.

Since many of these medications can have gut-related side effects, I'm wondering if anyone with IBD has found a particular medication that works the best for them.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
