Reset?
Hi all;
I've been doing keto for about 16 months and have lost 40 kgs or my 50 kgs goal (for reference, I'm 5'5", started at 105kgs and am now 65kgs with 55kgs end goal). Weight loss has slowed down a bit over the last 3 months though I have rest my micros every 10 kgs or so (have left daily carb intake unchanged at 16g). I do feel the occasional hunger pang still after all this time on keto.
My question is this: when I started, I just went for it but I've been reading in this sub that before starting, many removed the carbs and just ate whatever for a week or so before introducing the calorie limit. I didn't do that and I can't turn back the clock, but I'm now wondering whether I should do that now and then go back to calorie counting until I reach my goal.
Is that worthwhile to "reset" or should I do something else to get these last 10 kgs off?
