Hello, I’m a potentially incoming industrial engineering student and had some questions for current/alumni industrial and mechanical engineering students.

• I currently started to find mechanical engineering of interest to me and was wondering if it is relatively easy to transfer to mechanical engineering in first year of industrial engineering since they are in the same department.

• Additionally, how is the industrial/mechanical engineering program in terms of PEY co-op and preparation for grad school?
