Hey guys,

I will be filing Ch. 7 soon and doing as much research as I can. I have a 2023 VW Tiguan thats about $9k underwater and Im 2 payments behind. Ive decided I will let it go. The issue is we need to have a vehicle as its our family car and cannot risk having them take it before we can replace it. We also dont have extra funds to buy a cheap car or put a big down payment. From my research, it seems you can finance a car before discharge. Thats what I plan to do. Give me the best lenders to target for this. Also for anybody whos done this, any tips or advice? Thank you.
