I’m not too sure if this is what the movie was about as I was like maybe eight or seven when watching this, but I do clearly remember a scene where an angel with maybe his wing ripped off and or a demon with black wings going through simulated tortures I think, and the room starts flooding with water and he slowly is drowning from the inside, but still alive? Maybe demon/angel with black wings trying to pose as a human in the beginning of the movie. For references I’m 18 turning 19.

Edit: he also smokes a lot.
My mom did show me this movie so it might be a bit older than 2016, I’m thinking maybe early 2000’s
