Ever had blue tinged vision before migraines?

Sometimes before a migraine i get small auras but most of the time I get a weird blue tinge, ive brought this up to my doctor at one of my appointments and he seemed a bit perplexed but not overly concerned and said to not worry about it since all my eye tests have came back completely normal. Think of when you look at the sun too long then return to looking at your garden or something it has that odd blue haze, anyone else get that?

I havent had a bike since I was 14-15, im now looking to get a new one that I'll be able to ride in an urban setting or a rural setting, I live in scotland so it needs to be able to withstand weather pretty well and id like one that I can fit a seat on for my toddler who is 2, roughly 15kg but hes obviously going to get heavier as he ages.

Im realising I dont exercise as much as I should and cycling was something I enjoyed a lot when I was younger so making an investment now in something ill use is something im willing to do but I really dont know where to start, what to look for in terms of quality and what bikes id be paying for the brand and not the bike itself if that makes sense.
