Greetings, I'm a prior service Air Force member who has recently enlisted into the Navy Reserve. After several months of waiting to get uniforms and my accounts set-up, I finally received an A School date. There is just one thing that I would like to fix prior to going to school, my ribbon rack.

I noticed on NSIPS that the only medal that appears on there is my National Defense Medal. Now I know coming from the Air Force that not all my medals would transfer, but my most important medals do not appear. I have spoken with and sent emails to the administrator over this matter two months ago and yet nothing has changed.

Are there any other options that I'm missing? Thank you in advance.
