So... how about those WB rumors huh?

Similarly in tone to the Mark Waid and Dan Mora comics, Justice League: World's Finest pits 35 of DC's heroes and villains against each other in 2v2 tag battles (think MVC Infinite, 2XKO or Street Fighter X Tekken) set in a fandom powered tournament hosted by (arcade boss and fighter 36!) Mr. Mxyzptlk! This was sorta made as a concept for my ideal DC fighting game (basically? don't make Injustice 3) before the rumor mill started running but it felt relevant to post.

Brief story details:

• Plot starts somewhat similar to DC K.O. everyone thinks Darkseid is destroying the world and believes he's plucking heroes to see who is most worthy of facing him
• Heroes and villains throughout the DCU have to fight and investigate in teams of 2
• Darkseid looks like the final boss at first but reveals himself to actually be Mxy and this major event turns out to be a contest held in the fifth dimension to see which of the imps' favorite characters were the strongest, essentially making it a fandom battle (he took the disguise to provide more urgency to the roster)
