Is anyone taking yoga classes?
I was practicing about 3-4 times a week before finding out we are expecting.
Prior to my myomectomy surgery last October, my doctor said I wouldn’t be able to have a baby unless I removed the fibroids. So we did the surgery. We had a few losses and even with the successful removal of the fibroids, I want to be safe as possible. This is our first attempt since surgery, to clarify.
My 8 week appointment is on 5/15. Should I wait to be cleared to keep practicing yoga or continue until my doctor says otherwise?
