Hello fellow student nurses

I'm about to enter a 15-month accelerated bachelor's program in late May and I'm just trying to wrap my head around what exactly this is going to look like. I will have 7 hours of Fundaments split into lecture, lab and clinical, Informatics, Health Assessment, Intro to professional practice, and pharmacology 1. Luckily, they've broken it up so that the first five days are all Professional practice and then it's done. Pharm doesn't start until midway through. Informatics is online asynchronous so it's not all dumped into our laps on Day 1.

What will this look like? How many hours do you think will be necessary outside of class to study. Now that I'm entering the time of hands-on practice, will this be less intense than if I were to take 17 hours of just lecture? I gotta admit, I'm very nervous about staying afloat.

Any guidance is very much appreciated!
