Help with getting getting ssh-keys to work with git
How can I configure a system such that I can add an ssh-key to be used by git?
I just want to be able to log into my sway session and be able to use git without manually starting the ssh-agent and adding the key every time. Could someone provide a minimal configuration that allows this? I've tried multiple secret managers (mostly gnome keyring since it's what I've used in the past) with both systemwide configuration and home manager, but clearly I'm missing something.
I posted a similar question almost a year ago but didn't get any replies, and if I can't get it to work I guess I'll have to give up on NixOS, even though I like many aspects of it.
Sorry about the tone but the (lack of proper) documentation is incredibly frustrating. I basically only find forum posts with dead links and all the things I've tried simply won't work. I've wasted many hours without any tangligble progress on something that normally just works.
