I did also post the bug report on the forums, by the way. This is just a bonus to spread awareness. Also I like the clip.

Edit: Realized I said "last patch" twice in the title to refer to different patches, which is confusing. To be specific, on the most current patch, Arcane Surge is bugged where it does not affect the spirit damage from the mark of Boot Kick (when you shoot the target after hitting them with the kick). This clip, however, is from the previous patch, where it was an excellent value item on a Tankbuster spirit/hybrid build for having ability range, spirit power, and extra stamina to boot, to the point where I dropped Stamina Mastery entirely.
