I am an educator and I work at the ELC in the summer that my children go to full year. For teacher appreciation, I took the lead and asked for donations from families and then asked each classroom for a wishlist. Most of the classes haven’t given me anything and the ones that have I’d love some more specific ideas!
Infant:
- large stamp pads (all set)
- baby wipes (natural, all set)
*I know they have a lot and I’m not sure what else to get them. After I had my last baby I gave them a bunch of our things! I also recently donated new burp cloths, swaddle blankets for the ground, and extra mini crib sheets that I never used.
Infant/toddler haven’t responded except one who wanted 12 lbs of colored sand 😂, preschool haven’t responded. I know one of the toddler classrooms was trying to get NAEYC compliant and needed things for itters and eckers?
PreK asked for:
- rug toys (trucks? Puzzles? Not sure)
- stem toys (again, a wide range)
- prize box toys (all set)
- books (all set)
- arts and crafts materials (all set).
Any ideas would be welcome and amazing! I want to get things they’ll use not that will just be stored away. And also not cheap things that will break quickly.
