Bolt got stuck forward after firing. Had to disassemble and fiddle it out, charging hand would not move rearward. Casing was stuck to bolt. didn’t think to take pictures. The ridges in the casing are noticeably raised.

Gun is a PTR9KT, was cleaned when I first got it. Ran poorly with MKE mag, HK mags have been almost flawless after changing ejector spring. Running a Silencerco 46M on the trilug. Gun has been lubed but not cleaned since, now has ~1500-2000+ rounds threw it.

I know I need to clean it, but what would cause this? Thank you
