Recently, I have been warming to the character more in general, but honestly it often feels like they are trying to make him Jason Todd/Red Hood writ small.

I have a hypothetical that some friends and I were arguing about.

So let's say I owned 51% shares of a company worth $1 million. However, I wanted a full 100% ownership, but the majority of the other owners refuse to sell. What would be the best legal way to execute that?

The conclusion that was reached was setting up a holding company and forcing a sale through Drag-Along Rights. But...that sounds...like at the minimum it would trigger some sort of investigation by the FTC.
