My general thoughts about hours specialty clocks when oil prices increase.
As a very small shop owner, I think specialty clocks (like vintage wall clocks or nautical look) tend to do best when the sort of clock fits into the customers decor plan. Be sure to check whether it looks like quartz is strong enough to keep time properly, mechanical clocks are popular for their charm! I’ve had wonderful luck on Alibaba finding “my” type of vintage clocks I cannot get anywhere else (especially not Amazon)!! With oil prices, spikes due to things happening in the Middle East, outlets that sell this sort of clock might end up with a spike in their manufacturing/shipping cost meaning they may have to sell at less profit margin or a slightly higher MSRP!
Ps!!” am finishing up on an area I showcase in, and if anybody can point me in the type of Ladder Shelf that tends to be more solid and stays upright and stable as tall Ladder shelving where I can display heavier clock gently just asking!! Love to hear from you!!!!
