I’ve been doing TR sessions for over two months now, and it has been great. I’ve learned to listen to my body and now I am able to notice that whenever I’m stressed, I tense up my hip muscles (specially the left side) and as much as I try voluntarily to relax them it only lasts a few seconds and they tense again. Is there any way to tell by body to relax that part without having to do the whole TR session? I do two sessions per week, but I would love to make the tension stop before it keeps accumulating in my psoas
