I had horrendous anxiety and insomnia a few years ago and was prescribed Sertraline which totally resolved my symptoms. I'm on day 3 of starting Mounjaro and my insomnia and anxiety have immediately returned. I'm really upset about it. I spoke to my GP today and have had my Sertraline increased up to 150mg. Has anybody else experienced this?
