Do I have to pay to park for 30 minutes? Is the 30 minute spot separate or exempt from the meter? Struggling to interpret this or find an answer🫠.

Edit: I understand now that both signs are effective simultaneously which does make sense but 30 minutes is an asinine amount of time to have to pay for. Anyway, the meter didn’t show up in their stupid ass app which means it’s probably not even active yet. I didn’t bother walking over to check if the meter was running though. No ticket today🥳
