I was recently diagnosed with hypertension and am looking for some guidance and support. I’ve been using the Bevel Health app to track my general health metrics, but I’m not sure if it’s the right tool for managing hypertension specifically.

I’m considering buying the Pro version, but before that, I want to know whether Bevel supports blood pressure tracking through Apple Health. I do have a blood pressure monitor and can manually take readings, so tracking is something I want to do consistently.

What’s really concerning to me is that I’m only 21 and already at stage 2 hypertension. I don’t smoke, drink, or use drugs. I’m not overweight, and I don’t have a family history of high blood pressure. My diet is also fairly normal—I don’t eat out excessively, especially not more than my peers, and they seem fine. I understand that everyone’s body is different, but I’m struggling to understand how this happened.

My goal with using Bevel was to get better insights into my health and maybe identify patterns or causes. I do plan to follow up with a doctor as well, but in the past, those visits haven’t really led to clear answers.

What do yall think, is it worth it. Im not from the US so the subscription is a bit expensive but I’m willing to pay for it if it’s worth it
