My Mom has been suffering a lot since 2024 (ligament tear, polyp detection in gall bladder and surgery and now ankle bone fracture). This has resulted her to be bed rest and is impacting both her physical and mental health. Any guidance and remedies are greatly appreciated! 🙏🙏
