Hi everyone! I’m pretty new to lagree- I did a 2 week trial in March and fell in love so I got an unlimited membership. My first 4 weeks I felt really strong (I have also been strength training for a couple of years)- I didn’t need to modify often and I never had to hold onto bars for assistance.
I’ve been going 4x a week and this past week, I’ve felt weaker than ever. Last night, I struggled more than I did my first time ever taking a lagree class. I always have the same instructor and she’s really great. She has said she sees me getting stronger but holy wow I feel way weaker. Did anyone else experience this? Is this normal, or perhaps a personal mental thing?
