Hey everyone!

I've been absolutely plagued by this system data bloat on my iPhone like a lot of others in that the system data now takes up more than half of my storage on my phone and my phone is barely functioning anymore given I can't take pictures, get new apps etc.

I know factory resetting your iPhone tends to solve this issue but I can't backup all my WhatsApp data because you need an outrageous amount of storage on your iPhone to be able to do that (even though I have SO MUCH iCloud storage available which is so frustrating)

So my potential solution I was thinking of was this - and I was wondering if anyone's ever tried it?

Manually going to WhatsApp and clicking "Transfer chat history" to a random old iPhone we have lying around the house, factory resetting my phone and then transferring that chat history back to me once I've restored from iCloud.

Anyone whose thought of this - are there any issues with doing this? I haven't tried it yet it's just a thought but I'm losing my mind... I'm wondering if the fact that that random phone has no SIM might be an issue but I can't think why.

Anyone whose tried this please let me know! Either way I'll give it a go later tonight and let you know...

Hey everyone!

I was just wondering if anyone with a UK grass pollen allergy has travelled to Italy in May and how they've found it for their allergies? We're hoping to go on a last-minute 2 week trip from the beginning of May to mid-May - potential places we may go are: Rome, Florence, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast, Tuscany, Pisa (not all of these or in this order obviously, they're just the places we're choosing between, we've already scrapped Naples from the list because it's apparently awful at this time of year for hayfever sufferers)

I'm not affected by any other types of pollen in the UK - just grass. We did a trip to the South of Spain last year at a similar time in May and I was LOSING MY MIND from allergies, it was the worst it's ever been and nothing helped - I know the South of Spain is especially bad though, but I'm nervous to travel again if that's gonna be the case for Italy, nothing is booked yet so I'd rather just not go.

I have given it a google and it's honestly a bit of a mixed bag on whether the start of May will be bad or mild for grass pollen sufferers and I know it depends on where you go in Italy - so I'm just looking for anyone who has the same type of super common hayfever as me who either lives there or has gone on holiday at the same time who may be able to share their experience to either give me the push I need to just take the risk, or scrap the holiday all together.

For context, I do get pretty awful hayfever, where no amount of antihistamines or nasal sprays provide me any relief, it's a miserable time of year for me unfortunately

Thanks so much in advance
