Revolut is a great bank, had it for many years and referred over 30 people with offers ranging from £40-70
Links do not award the referee ( so work a deal out with them or ask for the favour)
Here's mine with the current steps for a reward of £70 per completion, limited to 5 users!

Steps are as follows (from the initial users perspective):

Sign up with your link

Add money to their account
Via debit card or bank transfer (they make lovely use of Apple Pay here)

Make 3 Purchases of £5 minimum each
(Gambling, giftcards or transfers don't count!)

Order a physical card
(Add it to apple/ google pay, and start using it contactless!)

Monzo, possibly the easiest to refer online bank With the requirement that your referee makes ANY purchase with a monzo card virtual/physical with rewards from £10/20/50 at a supposed random.

Zopa, another great banking app that sometimes offers to users referral campaigns that offer the referee and the initial user £20 for absolutely nothing other than downloading the app. (No catch) Although limited to 10 referrals per campaign in most cases.
