Has anyone had luck with L1A with a EOR like justworks or deel get approved?

My employer is American, I am Canadian living in Canada. We use justworks for payroll and all EOR requirements. I have been on payroll for 2+ years and looking to get L1A and move to USA.

On top of this we acquired a Canadian company in September so we do have established canadian status.

I'll be applying as functioning manager but also will have some direct reports in USA.
