Location: NC. What is the new Title lX definition of sexual assault after the 2025 updates/changes? Is the 2024 version (I think that was the previous version) considered no longer valid? If so what are schools supposed to use now, incorporate the 2025 updates to the current definition or revert back to the 2020 definition? Is there an updated version from the most recent changes incorporated that can be shared?
