Hi! I will be docking in Cartagena and have a few weeks (2 to 3) in Colombia before heading to Ecuador. Does anyone have recommendations for a rough itinerary? I'm not sure what the must-see cities are. Also unclear if I should commit to doing the Ciudad Perdida trek. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi! Starting to plan my route for this summer as I travel through Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. How many days should I spend in Bocos del Torro? This is my first stop after landing in Panama City. Does staying 4 nights make sense, or is that too long? I will be going to Hornito after I think.
