Can anyone tell me what these means? Google says buyer has reported a problem.

I sold a denim jacket for £1. Listed as satisfactory and took pictures of the marks on the jacket and put that in the description. This is why I had listed it for £1, I usually drop them to the lowest price before eventually deleting and taking them to the charity shop.

I shipped the order 3 days after the buyer had purchased.

Does this actually mean they have reported a problem? I can’t see how as I had listed any issues with it.

UPDATE: apparently this was delivered to the wrong address. How could this be when the label was printed from Vinted?
