Hello every one , is there any one who applied for a student visa from inside canada as a visitor and get approved ?

I have conditional acceptance for master degree in engeneering +esl from one of DLI

I intend to apply with my children and i have residence in UAE i am originally from Middle East

I have previous approval from outside canada
After checking Ircc , i have no legal status rather than having visitors visa

Please advise and thank you in advance for your time considering my question
