Good day. I would like to express a concern regarding the situation at BPSU Main. We understand that there are many students, but there is no clear guidance on where to properly line up for the cashier. To make the process easier and more efficient, we hope that at least a guard or staff member could be assigned to guide students to the correct queue.

As a result of the lack of proper management and clear instructions, many of us end up waiting for several hours. We understand that BPSU is a public school, but we hope that students will not be made to go through unnecessary difficulty.

We respectfully follow the rules and policies of the campus, and we are only asking for a bit of consideration and assistance for the students.
