I just started taking HRT Estradiol 2mg twice a day. Not sure if that's a good starting point or a very low dose. Haha. Either way, it's definitely calmed parts of my dysphoria. Not sure if I'll notice any big changes right away, but I'm also okay with subtlety.

Anyone else start at the same place?
