Location: California. I(24F) am considering on suing my landlord for emotional distress and health issues. Me and my family live in a small apartment and there is a massive cockroache infestation and he has done absolutely nothing about it. We've tried so many ways to get rid of it ourselves but it only made them more agitated and aggressive. Now I have 3 different spots of ringworm and a yeast infection I didn't have before moving here. I know damn well what the cause of it is. I want to pursue legal action but I need to know what charges I can pursue from this.
