Hey everyone, I’m honestly losing sleep over this and need some real talk from anyone who knows how the CISCE board actually works.
(PCM + CS), and based on my calculations, my raw score is hovering right around 88% to 89%. In any normal world, I’d be happy, but in my house, anything below 90% is considered a total failure. My parents have made it very clear: if I don't hit that 90% mark, they are going to absolutely beat my ass. No exagretion.
My Question: Given that the 2026 PCM papers were objectively harder and lengthier than 2025, is there a high chance of scaling or "moderation" this year?
Does the board actually adjust marks when a paper is universally flagged as tough? I’m literally 1–2% away from my "survival" target. Has anyone been in this 88-89% raw range before? Did your final result jump up to 90+ after the official results came out?
Please let me know if I have any hope or if I should start preparing for the worst.
TL;DR: Raw score is 88-89%. Parents will kill me if I don't get 90%. PCM papers were harder than last year. Will scaling save me?
