How long was your longest postdrone after a migraine with aura
Had a zig zag migraine with aura last first so 6 days ago.
Not much of a headache but lots of sickness and dizziness since.
Had lots of brain fog which is just starting to clear.
Still got derealisation really bad when I went out to town and shopping today. I have had derealisation in and out over the last 6 years so this could be due to panic but it feels much worse than usual
