How does one get ahold of a MOD for the group?

Has anyone used one of the apps for small personal loans? Im a week away from getting a check and have a shut off for $90. They wont give me an extra week as im behind already. So I was thinking about one of the apps ive seen. Are any of them legit? Has anyone ever used one? Would you do it again or was it a pain and not worth the price to payback? Kind desprate so any info will work.

Im less then 2 weeks from finally moving out of here and if i could I would just let the shit get shut off but I cant so im trying to figure it out. Just trying to get some info, if anyone has any.
